Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the user agreement  for Tarazz which will describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.Tarazz.com (the "Site"). By agreeing to the terms and conditions of use and as a member of Tarazz, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions for the usage of this service. We reserve the right of update and amend  these terms and conditions from time to time as it deem necessary. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our services. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of Tarazz. We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as a Tarazz user. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users, and is otherwise effective on November 1, 2008 for all users

1.Registration

Membership is free from Nov 1 till 31 December 2008.
You warrant and agree to the following:
(a) that you are at least 15 years old;
(b) to provide true, accurate and complete information in connection with your registration;
(c) to immediately update all information provided to us so as to ensure its truth, accuracy and completeness 
at all times; 
(d) We shall have the right to verify any of the information provided by you.

2. Personal Infomation and security

You agree to the following:

(a) not to reveal to anyone your Tarazz Username and password. You agree to be fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such information;
(b) to be fully responsible for all transactions resulting from the use of your Username, Tarazz password, and any identifier number allocated by Tarazz;   
(c) to immediately inform us within 2 days if you suspect that:
(i) Any of above sensitive information have been  compromise. your Tarazz ID, Tarazz password and  any identifier number allocated by Tarazz has been compromised in any manner;
(ii) there has been any unauthorized use of your Tarazz ID, Tarazz password,  and any 
identifier number allocated by Tarazz. 
(d) we are authorized to act on all instructions received using your Tarazz ID, Tarazz password and any identifier number allocated by Tarazz.  We are not obliged to verify the authencity of such instructions or transactions made using your Tarazz ID, Tarazz password  and any identifier number allocated by Tarazz;
(e) we retain the right to monitor, screen, censor, or control any activity, content or material appearing on the 
Tarazz website and to investigate any violation or non-compliance with these terms and conditions; and 
(f) we retain the right to do all such acts as may be necessary to ensure the smooth operation and provision 
of the Tarazz services.

3.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified against any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought or 
threatened to be brought against us which is caused by or arising out of (i) your use of the Tarazz services, 
(ii) any other party's use of the Tarazz services using your Tarazz ID, Tarazz password and any identifier number allocated by Tarazz, and (iii) your breach of any of these terms and conditions, and to pay us damages, costs and interest in connection with such claim, action, suit or proceeding.

4.Concierge Services

As a registered Tarazz member, you agree to allow Tarazz to be your concierge service provider and freight agent  to buy the products on your behalf from the merchants at Tarazz site. And that you will be liable and responsible for the content of the goods purchase as Tarazz is only the provider for process of the payment and shipping services of your purchases.

5.Freight Charges

All prices shown are full landed price – cost of both domestic and international freight charges, last mile delivery, cost of goods purchased, taxes and custom duties Note that all prices are in your currency of your home address and the fixed cost is limited up to 5 kg. Any items above 5 kg, Tarazz will calculate the charges for the additional weight which the users will  be informed and to pay before collection. We reserve the rights to amend and make changes to any of the above charges as and when it is necessary. 

6.Breach

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit your access to Tarazz, issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our services to you if: (a) you breach this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) we believe that your account may have been compromised. 

7.Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your information on computers located in Singapore that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. 
 
8. No Warranty

Tarazz and the issuing Bank provide our services “as is” without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.and make no representations or warranties with respect to the performance of any merchants listed in Tarazz site.

9.Legal Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your purchase of items. 

10.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If you are not a resident in Singapore/Hong Kong, by registering as a member, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore/Hong Kong, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to your membership and use of the services. You accept and agree that both you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore/Hong Kong in respect of any dispute arising out of and/or in connection with these terms and conditions.
